As Curriculum Manager, you’ll have an excellent opportunity to take the operational lead and build on the good work already achieved. Driving your team towards outstanding in a challenging but supportive department.

Day-to-day you will be responsible for:

  • Leading on the delivery of a high-quality student experience

  • Providing leadership in the development, delivery and monitoring of the curriculum

  • Working with the Academy Director to develop and deliver the Curriculum

  • Undertake scheduled teaching responsibilities 

  • Championing our commitment to putting students first

  • Promoting our values of fairness, respect & equality

After your first year with us, success would look like:

  • All courses have achieved national benchmarks for retention and pass rate

  • All courses have achieved recruitment targets from September 2023

  • You have effectively managed the academic teams in your area

  • Enthusiastically engaged with the college's dedicated CPD programmes

  • Built Strong working relationships and supported colleagues where possible
