Are you a Retail Manager with experience managing multiple retail stores?
If so, we have a fantastic opportunity for you to join us as Retail Area Manager covering the Northern Home Counties. You will be at the heart of our retail business leading your store teams to maximise revenue and profit so we can support young people in the local community.
Taking a hands-on approach, Retail Area Managers are fully involved in all aspects of the business including stock generation, store layout, pricing and promotions as well as new shop openings. The role is exciting, fast paced and varied with opportunities to get involved in new initiatives and you will need a coaching, inspiring and organised style to get the best from you teams. We are a dynamic and growing business that really listens to its customers and colleagues to help us develop our community offer.

Experience of the charity retail sector would be a bonus but more importantly you will have a passion for retail, fantastic people skills, and the drive and tenacity to succeed at everything you do.
So that our Area Managers can be fully effective in their roles and to ensure they have time to develop their store teams, plan future strategies and interact with the local community our current average area size is 13 stores or under with in most instances maximum travel time from home being well under 90 minutes.
Role Location: Home Counties- covering Essex, Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire & Buckinghamshire.
