This is a Permanent, Full Time vacancy that will close in {x} days at {xx:xx} BST.

We have opportunity to join our growing Asset Management team in either our Dublin or Manchester office.

What will you be doing?

  • Securitisation reporting, including timely satisfaction of contractual obligations and production of all cash distributions, support investor reporting, provide support for internal and external audit and ad-hoc queries
  • Liaising with all external parties involved with the SPV’s, such as cash managers and corporate services providers, ensuring they receive accurate data and process it correctly
  • Liaising with the financial, operational and data teams to ensure correct cash allocation and reporting
  • Provision of accurate loan data in order to facilitate the preparation of SPV statutory accounts, and to liaise with external auditors as part of the annual audit process
  • Assisting in the development of systems, processes, procedures and controls to enhance reporting and increase departmental efficiency
  • Prioritising and calmly managing multiple demands for reporting from both external and internal areas, using relevant data sources, tools and facilities in the most productive way
  • Gaining understanding of the portfolios and underlying assets
  • Providing a critical bridge between third-party providers, Asset Management teams and the client
  • Consulting, influencing and building relationships with all key internal and external contacts

Is this you?

  • Understanding of securitisation process, and previous experience in back-office functions
  • Strong analytical skills and numeracy, with high level of accuracy
  • Ability to understand complex data and to ensure it is presented it in a clear and understandable way
  • Understanding of working in an Asset Management or financial services business
  • Strong critical thinking skills, intuitively curious and an ability to diagnose data issues
  • High comfort level with Microsoft Office including advanced Excel and ability to present data in most meaningful way
  • Structured approach to problem solving
  • Experience of dealing with senior management and stakeholders
