CRM Support Administrator

Are you looking for a new opportunity to develop your skills and make a difference at an award-winning charity? We have an exciting opportunity for someone to use their administrative and analytical skills to get the most out of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and enhance our supporter data. Working in the Data team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting teams across the organisation to work effectively and efficiently, helping us make the difference when it matters the most for our service users and supporters.

 

The details:

  • Permanent position
  • Working hours: 37.5, Monday to Friday
  • Salary: £23,544, with opportunity for annual competency-based pay rises
  • Office-based initially, with opportunity for blended approach to home and office working after probation

Key responsibilities:

  • Supporting the development and upkeep of our CRM (Donorflex)
  • Building relationships, internally and externally, to learn new ways of getting the most out of our CRM and implementing improvements in those systems to help across the organisation
  • Coaching and supporting CRM users, and incorporating their feedback and suggestions into the development planning process
  • Producing regular management information reports about our supporters and helping staff to access and understand their supporter data

 

What we’re looking for:

  • A motivated problem-solver who enjoys finding solutions and optimising systems or processes
  • An experienced CRM user who has held responsibilities as an administrator or superuser of a CRM or similar data system
  • An analytical mind-set that can weigh-up pros and cons to make informed decisions
  • Good customer service abilities, including a friendly, approachable personality who staff will feel comfortable asking for support from
  • Good attention to detail and computer literacy
  • The ability to consider different points of view and negotiate when working across teams

 

As part of the Data team, you will be:

  • A member of our Quality, Governance and Data department
  • Managed by our Data Analytics Manager, who is responsible for data insights and development across the organisation
  • Joined by two colleagues who work on our patient record system (SystmOne)
  • Closely engaged with our Fundraising, Volunteering, Education and Marketing & Communications teams who all use our CRM
