Fitzroy are an innovative not for profit provider of person-centred care for a wide range of people. Our diverse team in Nottingham supports people who have varying and complex support needs such as Learning Disability, Autism spectrum disorder (ASD), Physical Disability, Mental Health condition’s E.g. Depression, Schizophrenia, Psychosis, EUPD and Substance and alcohol misuse. We also support people who can present with behaviours of concern and of a Forensic background.

The purpose of the Night team leader role will be to provide support to our Nottingham services working on a set shift pattern. The night team leader is expected to visit two services per shift. You will be the main point of contact for all services during your shift where you will take on call responsibilities to offer advice and action the call as required. Support the night team with queries, rotas, support & development sessions, scheduling training for your team and ensure observation are completed within the required timescale for your team. You will also be the first responder in the event of a crisis, hospital admission, health concerns and increased monitoring if needed.
