The vacancy
We are currently seeking a dependable and cooperative Paralegal to join our highly-regarded Commercial Property Team in Southampton. This role is available for an immediate start.
This is a unique opportunity, as the role sits between the Commercial Property Team, and our specialist Financial Services Litigation Team. This Paralegal will be responsible for advising on the disposal of repossessed properties for banks, financial institutions, lenders, fixed-charge receivers, administrators and other insolvency professionals.
This role entails a high level of direct contact with clients and their appointed agents or asset managers, so excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude is desirable. The team also work to specific service level agreements that often require a quick turnaround, meaning the successful candidate will need to naturally adopt a responsive and proactive approach to their work.
There are no requirements for prior experience in regard to this vacancy, as full training from our team of highly-qualified legal professionals will be provided. Therefore, we are keen to receive applications from legal graduates who are looking to kick-start their career in the industry, or an existing Paralegal (or similarly qualified legal professional) that is seeking a fresh challenge.
