We are looking for a new Deputy Manager in Rosemary Lodge. Rosemary Lodge is a warm and welcoming Residential Care Home nestled in the heart of Antrim. It has a total of 42 beds, and we specialise in individualised care with the aim to provide the best quality of life for each of our residents. The Residents living in Rosemary Lodge love having a cup of tea and chat over a competitive game of Bingo!
We have a diverse team who not only care for the residents but also look out for their colleagues, valuing them and treating them with respect. The Vacancy
To support the Home Manager in ensuring that the home is maintained in accordance with our regulatory bodies. To line manage the senior team to ensure high standards of care and service are achieved within the home to regulatory standards. To support the Home Manager in managing resources to ensure sales and profits are maximised.
