The Vacancy
We are looking for a Strategic Relationship Executive. This is an exciting new role that involves working closely with our Head of Strategic Relationships to set up and implement networking strategy across the Firm, particularly focusing on the Pensions market.
A significant part of this varied role will be dedicated to supporting our engagement with Professional Independent Trustees (PITs) and working alongside the Hymans Robertson PIT Group (including the PIT owners and PIT Client Coordinators (CCs)) to implement our networking strategy.
What will your role look like?
Working alongside Marketing and Systems teams as well as key individuals and groups across the Business.
Supporting the implementation of the firm’s PIT strategy by driving activity and actions with the PIT group
Developing and managing communications and profile within the group and to the wider business
Ensuring effective event attendance by identifying relevant marketing events and attendees and ensuring event calendar is up to date
Monitoring clients at risk and ensuring appropriate response
Presenting to senior clients and PITs as and when required
Helping to develop our wider networking strategy.
Qualifications and Experience:
Relevant professional qualification or relevant industry experience.
Relevant UK pensions experience and knowledge
Knowledge of the PIT landscape would be advantageous.
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics would be beneficial
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Strong numerical skills.
Effective organisational and communication skills
Experience of dealing with clients, consultants, auditors and other stakeholders in a sensitive and diplomatic manner.

We are using Contract as our legal basis for processing, which means we can use your details and information so that we may assess your suitability for employment with us, as well as carry out our statistical analysis of recruitment.

In connection with your application to the firm. We hold your personal information because we need it to process your application for the role you have applied for, as well as be able to report and monitor the progress of candidates through each stage of recruitment.
