Starting Salary: £52,087 (plus inner London Weighting £3,160)
You will receive an annual incremental salary steps until the maximum (£62,193) is reached.

Prospect is looking for a Negotiations Officer to join our Aviation, Defence & Security team, based in our London office working with several our Aviation sector branches and employers and will see you travelling nationally to various sites.
This role will support and advise members and branches to meet their needs and ensure successful outcomes through providing individual and collective representation. You will also be involved in expanding the coverage of collective bargaining, dealing effectively with personal casework, building and maintaining effective and resilient branch relationships and structures. Helping to identify, train and develop representatives and contributing to our Aviation Group campaigning and networking activities will also play a large part in this position.
