Care Assistant - Bohill Bungalows

The Vacancy
We are a leading provider of a highly specialised service, providing care in the areas of acquired brain injury, including traumatic brain injury and Learning Disability including autism and epilepsy.
Our service is based outside Coleraine in a quite rural location and provides the care and rehabilitation required for such specialist care provisions. We have 3 purpose-built 6 bedroom bungalows, one which is for ABI and 2 for Learning Disability clients.
No day is ever the same at Bohill Bungalows. Joining us as a support worker you will help individuals with varying levels of personal care, mobility issues as well as assisting them with meals and drinks and all activities of daily living. Building strong bonds with our residents’ families and our wider team, our Support Workers soon start feeling like one of the family. It’s a rare privilege, and an opportunity to achieve your potential – whilst helping others to reach theirs too.

The Ideal Candidate
- A caring and professional approach goes without saying, as does your strong work ethic, reliability and ability to build solid working relationships.
- Previous experience with individuals with Brain injury/Learning Disability/Specific additional requirements desirable but not essential
- Passionate about delivering outstanding care and resilient
- Quality driven with a desire to continually improve yourself & our services
