Are you an experienced Software Implementation Consultant or a software professional looking for an exciting new challenge?

You will be Joining our excellent Professional Services Team within IRIS Human Capital Management, who provide world class training and consultancy to users of our Staffology Payroll system. 

 

 

Main Responsibilities 

Delivery of product training and consultancy services to the highest standard for our customers.  The role involves the following: 

  • To become fully conversant with the Staffology Payroll software 

  • To develop and maintain a high standard of Payroll knowledge 

  • Delivering prepared and bespoke sessions to customers at their premises 

  • Delivering remote training/consultancy sessions on a one-to-one basis 

  • Delivering group webinars for customers through a range of topics 

  • Preparation of training documentation and related administrative tasks 

  • To provide internal training as and when required 

  • To assist the Support Team as and when required 

 

Experience 

  • Proven track record in software application training 

  • Strong Technical Skills 

  • Experience of delivering one to one and group webinar training
