The ESP Group are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to join our contact centre team in Journeycall Arbroath on an initial 3-month temporary basis to support us to deliver into a peak period.

 

If you have excellent communication and administration skills, are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and are seeking career progression, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

 

At The ESP Group, you will be a part of a dynamic, fast paced, talented and growing team responsible for delivering bespoke customer experience across a variety of communication channels.

 

We recognise the importance of a work-life balance so offer flexible working patterns across 7 days between the hours of 7am and 10pm and have a variety of part and full time opportunities available for an immediate start.
