A few key points from our role profile

  • Carry out regular site visits and action any potential repairs to communal areas, and/or areas for improvements to groundworks and communal spaces.
  • Be responsible for third party estate management companies and ensuring they are delivering cost effective services for our customers.
  • Work with the Service Charge Accountant to ensure service charges are correctly applied to leases.
  • Dealing with customer boundary enquiries and neighbour/property matters.
  • Dealing with day-to-day enquiries (issuing copies of documents, amending agreements, clarifying repair responsibilities etc).
  • Managing breaches to leases (i.e., subletting).
  • Work with the Communities Housing Officer to ensure matters arising relating the to estate and or community (i.e., ASB) is reported and a collaborative approach is adopted to address issues in a timely manner.
