An exciting opportunity for a Head of Just’B’ Adult Services to lead, manage, develop and monitor the delivery of all Adult Services, projects and contracts. You will be experienced in delivering high quality bereavement counselling and mental health services. You will ensure the provision of high quality and ethical service delivery in line with statutory and regulatory bodies/frameworks and the agreed NYHC strategy. You will be an effective and supportive leader to the Just’B’ Adult team.

Alongside the management and development of Just’B’ Adult Services, other key responsibilities will include leading on networking and partnership work, monitoring and reviewing the level of risk held within the team (safeguarding), manage the budget for Adult Services and be a member of the Leadership Support Group.

You will provide effective line management and support ongoing professional development, including facilitating regular contact meetings and appraisals.  

Working days will be Monday to Friday and include one late evening a week.

This role is based at both Harrogate and Thirsk sites and other venues across the Harrogate and Hambleton districts, therefore the successful candidate needs to be comfortable commuting between sites on any given working day. This may include travelling at short notice to support service need.
