This is a Temporary, Full Time vacancy that will close in {x} days at {xx:xx} BST.

This role will sit in the Customer Value Management (CVM) team within the Energia Customer Solutions Marketing team and report to the Head of CVM and Retail Development.

The CVM Manager will manage Customer Retention across both the Energia and Power NI brands. Responsible for customer communications, retention campaigns and the delivery of CVM targets and KPIs, you will implement key preventative, reactive and proactive retention strategies, ensuring data and insights are at the core of decision making.

In addition to close cooperation with key stakeholders in Customer Experience and our Group Data Office, the role will work closely with the wider Marketing team, Customer Relations, IT, Sales and Fulfilment and with key project teams.

What you'll need

  • Third level degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Management or similar.
  • Demonstrable management experience in a customer retention and / or CVM role.
  • Experience working in the energy, telecoms, or insurance industry.
  • Experience of managing a high performing team who deliver excellent results.
  • Have experience of and understand marketing automation tools, ideally Adobe Campaign or similar.
