The Vacancy
Role Purpose:
Within this role you will be managing your own caseload for one of our panel solicitors, providing them assistance with recovering the outlay from the Insurer and giving instructions where required.
Main Responsibilities:
Responsible for prioritising your own workload working with court dates and deadlines
Ensuring communication is consistent and accurate between all parties, including solicitors, third party insurers, and case handlers.
You will be responsible for retrieving documents, filing these and ensuring you are assessing risks during the life cycle of the claim.
You will be getting paperwork ready where hearings are required.
Keeping the client well informed during the life cycle of litigation.
Reviewing prospects of a case and providing instructions to our panel solicitors.
Taking inbound calls from clients and solicitors.

Starting salary is £24,000.00 + depending on experience
