We're seeking an experienced People Manager to help lead our vibrant Customer Hub team. If you're passionate about digital services and committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences, this role is for you.

 

As a Team Leader, you'll champion a digital-first culture, ensuring consistent, high-quality service for both customers and stakeholders.

 

Your responsibilities include driving service improvements, becoming a knowledge champion, and overseeing the development of a centralised Knowledge Hub. Manage and develop our reception services, leading a dynamic team for a seamless customer experience.
