We have an opportunity for an experienced Plasterer to join the Property Maintenance team. All the jobs undertaken will have a 'Right first-time' attitude with delivering work to a high standard expectations. The role will involve carrying out all plastering works including ceramic tiling, rendering, preservation and artex works.

We are committed to providing our tenants with the highest quality of service and we believe that the key to achieving this is to recruit enthusiastic talented people with the right skills, knowledge, attitude and behaviour.

You will have access to a company vehicle and the relevant tools and equipment required to carry out your role, working in both void and tenanted properties across our housing stock. We are looking for flexible individuals to join our teams, working a 36-hour week providing an excellent work-life balance and a generous benefits package.

What we are looking for:

You will be a qualified Plasterer with a great work ethic and the drive to complete work right first time and to an exceptional standard.
A full, clean driving licence is essential.
We are looking for a dynamic motivated individual who can provide excellent customer service and effective communication skills to our tenants.
You will ensure appropriate parts and materials are available for jobs, and have accountability for van based stock and replenishment.
You will have a excellent understanding of Health and Safety.
You should also be competent in the use of handheld IT systems.
