  • Full-time (35 hours) – Monday-Friday 8AM-4PM
  • Liverpool city centre office base, 3 days a week office based, 2 days a week hybrid based

The role

The purpose of this role is to be the first point of contact for our customers, providing a first-rate service by phone & email via our ICT Customer Support System. You will oversee and administer all customer side ICT processes, including the new starter process and setting up of equipment.

Additionally, you will record and maintain detailed and accurate reports of faults and queries logged with the ICT Service Desk, as well as serve as a main point of contact for all IT queries to the IT Helpdesk, ensuring that timely responses are provided to customers. In doing so, you will deliver an exceptional customer focused service across the Regenda Group.

 

The right fit

  • Passionate about customer service – no issue is too much to solve, and you approach all situations with a positive manner
  • Knowledge of Office 365 and Android operating systems
  • Organised and methodical in your approach to work and can prioritise and plan workload to ensure compliance with deadlines and timeframes
  • Enthusiastic, helpful manner, and willingness to learn.  As this is mainly a telephony role, you will need to feel comfortable chatting on the phone, writing up notes and be keen to help others
  • Effective team player
  • Knowledge of information security and data protection
