The Lanes Group needs Reactive Van pack Engineers to join our Operational Teams out there on the frontline, to join our growing operational network.
 
The job:
 
You’ll be operating van-mounted jetting equipment for a wide range of drain-related issues. Based out of a local depot, your projects will cover a wide range of drainage related issues, from emergency call-outs and blockages to cleaning pipes during regular maintenance programmes. 
 
You will visit various types of clients and sites, from commercial, residential, and industrial to specialist sectors like rail, road, utility, and so on.
 
You’ll be polite and respectful when dealing with customers and the public, and observe all health and safety procedures. And you’ll love working outdoors. 

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 50 hours per week (7am-5pm), being flexible is essential due to travel requirements.

*Hourly rate up to £12.50per hour dependent on experience*

About you:
 
You’ll already be familiar with high pressure jetting equipment, but you may not have drainage experience. That’s OK — we’re happy to train you to the appropriate standard. A high pressure water jetting certificate would be good, but it’s not essential.

You’ll need a UK driving licence with no more than 3 penalty points and hold an up to date CSCS card.

This is a full time position with overtime potential; regular training (including our own City & Guilds qualifications)
