The role

We are seeking a dynamic and committed Housing Officer (communities) to join the Lancashire Neighbourhood Team based in Fleetwood.

This position would be ideal for someone who is committed to customer excellence and working in a high performing customer centric, estate and neighbourhood management team.

The role is part of a strong neighbourhood team, responsible for delivering a high quality, integrated neighbourhood management service that is closer to our customer and helps to create sustainable neighbourhoods. You will carry out regular visits and scheme inspections to neighbourhoods to identify problems and areas for improvement and be the ‘face’ of Regenda in the community.

 

The right fit

  • You must have experience in delivering high-quality front-line customer facing services and of working with vulnerable customers with the ability to understand housing processes and legislation.
  • You will be an excellent problem solver who possesses the ability to multi-task.
  • You must be trustworthy and approachable whilst ensuring confidentiality at all times.
  • You must be confident with negotiation, problem solving and delivering solutions, as well as the opportunity to develop new and improved ways of working.
  • You will demonstrate empathy and emotional intelligence to find solutions and provide a positive outcome for customers.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills are essential.
  • You will be confident in liaising with all levels of staff within the business and act as an ambassador of the Group in external partnerships.

 

Who we are
