We are looking for a team member to join our Customer Umbrella as a Customer Service Advisor- Key Accounts Team.

The Job:

Working within the Customer Umbrella you will be working in a designated team of 3 who are responsible for the Clients who have a Key Account with the business. Key accounts are often clients who have a need to use services from our Depot Network national wide and often request jobs through a central portal or their individual portal. You will work as part of the team handling all the requests, queries, invoicing and general administration house keeping.    

Key Responsibilities;

  • Working as part of a team you will be handling the Key Accounts, these are nationwide so are handled via portals.
  • Taking jobs via portals
  • Liaising with the Depot Managers and administration team regarding jobs and chasing information
  • Speaking with customers and handling customer queries such as checking ETA's etc.
  • General administration working to define timescales
  • Invoicing

About you:

We are looking for a candidate who is already familiar with an office environment, a friendly customer service telephone manner who may have gained previously experience from any call handling or customer related role. Most importantly you must have excellent clear telephone voice.  

The department are looking for a loyal team member with a friendly approachable attitude where full training will be given,. 

You must have Microsoft skills who can input information whilst listening to the call requirements. 

Hours of work 37.5 per week  - Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
