As a leading West Midlands Further Education College, we are excited to share that we have fixed-term opportunities with one of our largest vocational areas of provision; Health and Social Care. You will have access to fantastic resources and facilities such as our newly refurbished simulation room and become part of a great existing team who are committed to supporting every student to achieve their potential.

This is a full time, fixed term role running till July 2024. It will allow you to deliver exciting and interactive teaching, learning and assessment whilst ensuring we provide an outstanding experience for all learners.

Our curriculum delivery is successfully expanding to include a range of exciting T-Levels. We also have a range of effective and innovative employer links across the West Midlands, including Sandwell and West Birmingham NHS Trust and are a partner in the development of the new Midlands Met Hospital planned for Smethwick.

You will already have a recognised teaching qualification at L5 or above or be willing to work towards this qualification. You’ll have relevant experience of working within Health and Social Care and a strong awareness of current developments in the field and be able to combine this with an ability to inspire others.

We are also particularly interested in hearing from individuals who have specialisms in any of the following areas: Nursing, Midwifery and Mental Health.
