Salary: £30,886 - £35,821 per annum

Our Apprenticeships department is looking for a Lead Teaching and Learning Practitioner to join us on a full time, permanent basis, reporting into the Head of Apprenticeships.

This role will contribute to leading and implementing an improvement strategy and the creation of a strong and innovative apprentice experience. The successful candidate will work closely with all assessor/trainers to support the implementation of new innovations and evaluate, improve and enhance the quality of the apprentice and employer journey. Your confidence and excellent communication skills will also ensure a great partnership with our stakeholders too.

This is a great opportunity for an individual with previous experience of supporting staff, individuals or groups, resulting in improvements in the quality of teaching, learning and assessment. You will be motivated and have great interpersonal skills and an ability to engage, motivate and support staff.
