As part of this successful housing group, we are the innovative construction and trading business known as Three Sixty SHG Ltd. We have formed and grown since inception back in 2016, with a pipeline of capital works projects, new build and other external refurbishment & alterations projects. Three Sixty has the vision to design, build, refurbish and regenerate places to improve economic and social outcomes for people.   

We’re currently recruiting for a Site Manager to be responsible for the management and co-ordination of all operative and subcontractors on site.  Our ideal candidate would have experience of social housing and refurbishment work. 

The key purpose of this position is to be responsible and to keep tight control of all construction projects, ensuring that they are completed within the time scales set out in the programme of works and within budget.  

 

As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for: 

  • Completing daily site documentation, and ensure that programme of work deadlines are achieved 

  • Scheduling construction projects to be as time efficient as possible 

  • Ensure that budget constraints are met and assess the quality of work at all stages and sign off completed works 

  • Complying with current Building regulations and arrange any inspections 

  • Ensuring that all conditions are met in terms of pre-construction management 

  • Taking responsibility for Control Quality, Compliance and ensure that health and safety rules are adhered to 

  • Managing a team of operatives and sub-contractors 

  • Taking responsibility for supply chain management  

 

Our ideal candidate will have:  

  • Minimum NVQ Level 4 in Construction Management. 

  • SMSTS 

  • The ability to read and accurately interpret programmes, drawings and technical specifications. 

  • Relevant current CSCS card. 

  • Experience in people management and the ability to manage a team of operatives. 

  • Leadership skills (control and management of employees) and a proven track record in successfully managing a project 

  • Working at Height, Asbestos Awareness, TG2013 Scaffolding Inspection would be desirable 

 

A full driving licence is essential for this role
