Offered on a hybrid, 36.25 hour per week basis, you will be working from home, though there will be a requirement for occasional travel to one of our offices (Boston, Rushden, or Peterborough) or locations across the Midlands, East of England for training or meeting purposes, or to support your colleagues or customers.

 

Role Overview:

As a Senior Asset Investment Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing asset data and ensuring its timely utilisation to shape our planned investment programmes. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining accurate asset records, collaborating with colleagues to align asset data collection with strategic goals, and providing transparent reports to stakeholders. Join us in contributing to informed property portfolio decisions, implementing maintenance programs, and optimising resource allocation for asset management activities.

 

You will add value by:

  • Developing and supporting planned maintenance programs to preserve housing stock quality.
  • Overseeing and reporting on asset management information to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Contributing to formulating and monitoring investment budgets for optimal resource allocation.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to review and update essential asset data.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements in asset management practices.
  • Providing regular reports on asset performance and conditions.
  • Communicating asset-related information effectively to stakeholders.
  • Facilitating upgrades of existing asset IT systems and plan improvement projects.
  • Leading the implementation and use of our asset performance evaluation model.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to enhance customer services and stock viability.
