We have a vacancy for a Housing Support Administrative Assistant. You will be the front-line point of contact for the Stockport Homes Housing Support Team, assisting and responding to queries from both internal and external customers, taking pride in providing an excellent service. You will contribute to the success of the team by being hard working, responsive, proactive and flexible to the needs of the business.
You will support the Team leaders in the collation and recording of customer support information and associated administrative duties. You will monitor emails and case management systems to provide succinct referral information to the Team Leaders.
You will contact customers to gather information and complete regular welfare calls to vulnerable customers.
We are looking for someone with previous administrative and customer facing experience. Passion, self-motivation, persistence & determination are skills required from the successful candidate to support the Housing support Team.
Candidates will have robust IT skills and the ability to effectively utilize and manage Microsoft packages.
