Our Insights and Analytics (I&A) Business Unit is made up of a wide range of digital, modelling and data specialists. They support teams across our firm with a variety of important projects including developing cutting-edge digital tools, API’s and software for our clients. 

We are currently working exclusively with Leonard Cheshire to provide an exciting Developer Internship opportunity as part of their Change 100 Programme.

What’s involved in this programme?
This paid 12-week internship opportunity that can be worked on either a full time or part time basis as required by the individual.

From day one you will be a key part of our I&A team and will work along-side and learn from our talented Developers, Tech Consultants and Business Professionals as you kickstart your Tech Career! You’ll have the opportunity to gain experience in and grow your knowledge of software development and will be supported by your team to:

  • Develop your knowledge and understanding of our products and technologies - including a variety of programming languages and Azure DevOps
  • Learn how to design, code, test and debug our key software applications
  • Develop your ability to write clean, efficient and maintainable code
  • Offer technical and development support to our Client Support and Product teams
  • Support our delivery team in client projects involving configuration of our software
