Whitgift is one of Britain’s leading independent boarding and day schools for boys aged between 10 and 18 years, with approximately 1550 pupils and over one hundred boarding pupils. It is set in an attractive 48-acre parkland site in South Croydon enjoying excellent links to London, Surrey and the south coast.

We are seeking to recruit an inspiring Graduate Drama Assistant with expertise in a variety of Drama and theatrical performance disciplines to support an extensive production schedule and help in stretching our keen Drama students as theatre makers. 

The role is varied and wide, involving supporting the directors of school shows and stage management, supporting academic teaching and organising and administering school trips and visits.  A broad understanding of the expectations at a thriving school such as Whitgift is beneficial.  This role is available on a fixed-term contract from September 2024 to July 2025 and will report to the Director of Drama.
