Curo, a leading housing association with properties in Bristol and the head office in Bath, is seeking a dedicated individual to take on the role of cleaner.

 

This role will cover our properties and estates in Bristol.  Therefore you must have a full clean driving license and access to your own vehicle (please state this on your application).

 

The role of a Cleaner will ensure that the communal areas of our properties, empty homes & open spaces in Bristol, reflect our ambition to provide great properties and places for our customers.

 

This role will be working in a team of two.

 

Key Duties include:

  • Scheduled cleaning of communal areas ensuring that they are maintained in a hygienic, clean and presentable condition.
  • Clearance of litter bins, fly-tipped waste, and green matter (weeds/fallen leaves) as identified.
  • Report back any Health and Safety concerns, work with colleagues to achieve best outcomes for our customers.

More about you

 

This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has experience of delivering high-quality cleaning services, ideally within a customer-facing role. The ideal candidate will be able to not only provide up-front solutions to customers but also can make quick informed decisions.  

You will also have the aptitude to work with mobile technology and demonstrate a commitment to delivering first class customer service, ensuring communal services are carried out to a high standard.

Candidates must also possess a full, clean driving licence as you will be required to drive one of our Curo vans.
