The Home
This role will be over two homes located on the same site. Slemish Nursing home is based on the Broughshane Road, with a new learning disability- Holmes Court which has been newly built behind.
The Role
Under directions, delivers an efficient and affective maintenance service within Healthcare Ireland unit to assist in the well-being, safety, and comfort of residents.
The Responsibilities:
Maintains a well decorated, safe, and comfortable environment.
Ensures that Healthcare Ireland’s minimum standards are delivered in all units.
Identifies and report damage, faults, and other related issues to line manager.
Liaises with local contractors on site, as required, providing local knowledge and guidance in order that maintenance schedules can be on time.
Deliver bloods, collect scripts and drive to suppliers when needed.
You will need:
Valid Driving License and use of a car for company business.
Basic numeracy and literacy are minimum requirement.
