We are looking for compassionate, empathetic, and warm individuals with good decision-making skills and flexibility. Successful candidates must be able to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating resourcefulness and strong problem-solving abilities. The role requires effective multitasking and prioritisation.
Whilst IT skills are essential; you don't need to be an expert. Confidence in using a computer, a willingness to learn new systems, and the ability to follow clear instructions and procedures are key. Compliance with TSA standards and guidelines is key, ensuring the safety and well-being of our customers, whether through phone or in-person interactions. As a 24/7 service, operating 365 days a year.
A typical day as a Carecall Officer (CO) could involve:
Due to the nature of the role, you would be required to hold a full UK driving licence, but you wouldn’t need access to your own car. The successful applicant's appointment will be subject to satisfactory enhanced clearance by the Disclosure and Barring Service.
The role involves working a mixture of shifts on a 16-week rota, the shifts include the following, 06:45-14:45 14:30-22:30 and 22:00-06:45.
