INTERNAL VACANCY OPEN TO EXISTING STAFF & VOLUNTEERS

St Luke’s has a vacancy for a Bank Receptionist based at St Luke’s Hospice in Turnchapel. Our reception is covered from 8.30am – 5.00pm, Monday to Sunday.

 

As a receptionist, you will meet and greet all visitors to the Hospice, receive and deal with incoming calls, and take any messages and post.

 

You will support the Senior Receptionist in creating a welcoming environment for all who visit and work in the Hospice, ensuring that our values are reflected, and high standards of professional courtesy are maintained by those operating the Hospice switchboard.

 

Applicants must have relevant experience in a similar role, excellent communication and organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure. Applicants should also have a good telephone manner.
