ABOUT THE ROLE

We're seeking experienced Account Directors nationally  to join our dynamic FM Leadership team, driving excellence in client accounts and supporting our ambitious growth plans. As an Account Director, you'll take the helm of operational management and delivery across all facilities management services, ensuring impeccable customer interface and swift resolution of client concerns while championing continuous process improvement.

 

This role is the face of our client relationships, implementing best practices for all commercial activities and expertly managing specialists and suppliers to surpass KPI and SLA targets. You'll need to be an experienced FM Account Director, adept at handling either a single large account (£3-5 million) or a portfolio of accounts with similar value, and fully accountable for Profit and Loss Responsibility.

 

You'll bring to the table a robust technical/TFM background, a keen understanding of contract law, and financial acumen with proficiency in managing P&L and utilizing finance and CAFM tools. Passion for customer service excellence is a must, paired with stellar communication and influencing skills to lead, motivate, and engage teams to deliver exceptional results.
