Curo, a leading Housing Association based in Bath, is seeking a confident individual to take on the role of Anti-Social Behaviour Manager, to join our Tenancy Compliance team.

This role is on a permanent part-time basis working 18.5 hours a week as part of a job share.  We are happy to talk about flexible working, you will be required to spend 2 days in the office, one of which will be a Wednesday.

You must have a current driving license and access to a vehicle to visit customers (Please confirm this on your application or CV)

What you'll be doing

The Anti-Social Behaviour Manager will be part of the busy Tenancy Compliance & Support team- working with residents and external agencies to find resolutions to Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB), tenancy breaches, domestic abuse, hate crime and safeguarding.

This is a key leadership position, where you will lead colleagues in the team to deliver renowned customer service, work with external partners to deliver wider community safety solutions and ensure the continuous development of the team’s operational processes based on customer feedback.

The successful Anti-Social Behaviour Manager will be confident in using the relevant tools and powers in the Anti-Social Behaviour legislative framework.

  • A background in the leadership of colleagues within Anti-Social Behaviour is essential, enabling you to manage and support colleagues in making sound decisions based in this framework.
  • You’ll be comfortable leading a team where colleagues feel empowered to make decisions and be able to identify when you should offer support.
  • You’ll be resilient but know when you need to ask for help and work with colleagues to problem-solve.
  • You’ll be passionate about finding ways to involve colleagues and customers in
  • improving our services, developing colleagues along the way
  • You’ll be confident representing Curo in multi-agency meetings, advocating on behalf of our customers and the business to get the best outcomes
  • You’ll have a good knowledge of safeguarding processes, and be confident coordinating colleagues in time-sensitive situations to keep customers safe.

When and where you'll be doing it

Our Anti-Social Behaviour Manager will be able to work flexibly, 18.5 hours per week, Wednesday – Friday. This will involve attending home visits and meetings across the areas where Curo have properties.

You’ll be based in our head office in The Maltings in Bath.
