An exciting opportunity has arisen within Gilbert & Goode, an award winning new homes developer in the South West, for a full time, permanent, Sales Coordinator. 

Part of the Ocean Housing Group, Gilbert & Goode has a reputation for creating great places to live and providing an excellent customer experience. 

Working within the Sales team within Gilbert & Goode the Sales Coordinator will co-ordinate all sales and marketing related operations to ensure the open market sales programme is successfully delivered. They will coordinate, drive and ensure the successful delivery of the customer journey ensuring it is effective, efficient and as customer-focused as possible. They will manage relationships with solicitors, estate agents and other external consultants to ensure timely completions for the company’s property sales. The Sales Coordinator will also effectively support the Senior Sales & Marketing Coordinator in managing the company marketing communications and promotion of new homes for the business.

You will be educated to A level or equivalent Level 3 qualification and will have experience of collaborating with and driving sales through agents.

You will be a self motivator to achieve key performance indicators along with having the experience in marketing and social media content creation and hold the knowledge and understanding of how the legal conveyancing and property sales progression works along with how the estate agency process works from instruction to sales completion.

A good knowledge base of the Cornish and Devon markets and market values, trends and key locations is also essential.

They will exude a positive and welcoming persona and have excellent customer service skills along with strong IT skills, particularly in MS Office packages.

Being able to present and conduct oneself in a confident and professional manner is key along with taking responsibility for actions and projects and tackling demanding goals with enthusiasm.

The role requires the postholder to be flexible in their approach to working from various locations and the need to be able to transport oneself to various locations is essential. This role has the additional benefit of a 10% Car Allowance.    As a Sales Coordinator for a Developer there is a need for your role to be based on site to support the business needs.
