Working Hours: 37 per week

Salary: £25,870 - £29,992 per annum

We are currently looking for an experienced Personal Assistant, on a full time, 12-month fixed term contract. Reporting into the Executive Director for Human Resources and Organisational Development.

This role requires a proactive professional who has proven experience in previous PA roles supporting at senior leadership level. Due to the demands of this role, we are looking for someone with exceptional organisational and communication skills, who thrives in a busy and pressurised work environment.

You will plan and organise a varied workload, including secretarial, clerical and administrative support, alongside contributing to a range of key projects and activities for the Senior Leadership Team.

We required a minimum of Level 2 qualifications in both Maths and English accompanied with suitable qualifications to demonstrate your ability to use a range of IT applications such as word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation software
