The Wilf Ward Family Trust truly believe that our people have super skills and are developing a talent management approach that enables our people to release their potential. We are looking for motivated and engaging Learning & Development professional to shape the skills, knowledge, and development of our workforce.

We are offering an 18month fixed term contract ( Mat Cover) to those who have a Health & Social Care background with previous Learning and Development experience who are looking to be part of our Learning and Development Team.

This is an opportunity to join a dynamic team in an organisation that improves people’s lives by supporting the development of those within the trust to achieve positive outcomes for the incredible people we support. We have a positive learning culture and are currently building upon our learning offering which you will be a key part of. This will include design and delivery of Care focussed workshops and enhancing engagement across our Learning and Development policy, process, and overall function.
