Funeral Partners are seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive to join our team. Reporting to the Multi-Channel Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts for at-need funerals and Choice Prepaid Funeral Plans. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a compassionate industry, collaborating with colleagues, internal departments, and third parties to deliver impactful marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Coordinate marketing projects and campaigns across various channels.
  • Social Media: Manage and monitor central social media pages, create content, oversee local Facebook admins, and manage social media tools.
  • Content Creation: Develop and proofread digital and social media content, update digital profiles, and write for corporate blogs and articles.
  • Customer Engagement: Manage client reviews and responses, support customer satisfaction surveys, and distribute company-wide communications.
  • Marketing Assets: Develop in-branch POS materials, manage the company intranet, and liaise with design resources to create high-quality assets.
  • Project Coordination: Handle media bookings, manage schedules, and ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Create marketing presentations and analyse web and campaign data.
  • Administrative Support: Manage invoicing, budget systems, and liaise with third-party agencies.

Essential Knowledge and Skills:

  • Experience: 2-3 years in marketing, with proficiency in various media and POS development.
  • Digital Marketing: Knowledgeable in digital marketing tactics and familiar with FCA and CMA compliance.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Photoshop, image editing, Word, and Excel.
  • Personal Attributes: Strong communication skills, confidentiality awareness, organisational abilities, and adaptability.
