An exciting opportunity has arisen to lead our diverse support services covering Rhondda Cynon Taff and Neath Port Talbot. In RCT you'll be managing a women's support project for 3 days a week, overseeing the 24/7 support service for single women with complex needs. You'll also spend 2 days a week in NPT overseeing supported accommodation for survivors of domestic abuse, Floating Support for male victims and the Families First project..
In both areas you will be ensuring that high-quality, trauma-informed support is provided across all services, embedding safety, trust and empowerment. We seek an experienced, empathetic leader with expertise in multi-agency collaboration and trauma-informed approaches.
