The Business Development Manager Opportunity
Here is your chance to join the largest recruitment business in the UK as a Business Development Manager. This role plays a pivotal role in driving growth and success within the business through relationship building, sales activity and overall new business growth. It’s a position where you can take control of your own destiny and get back what you put in.
Ideally, you’ll specialise in consultative sales and understand recruitment and the nuances of selling that type of service.
What you’ll do as Business Development Manager
This role is all about delivering excellence and driving new business through proactive account development and new client acquisition. You’ll have autonomy to prioritise your time and sales approach but given the support you need within the business to give you every chance of success.
