Looking for work but not wanting the full time commitment? Staffline are looking for a welcoming, professional and enthusiastic receptionist to cover 20 hours per week from our Nottingham office (NG2) 

You'll be the first point of contact for employees and visitors to the Staffline head office and take responsibility for reception and administrative duties.

The Receptionist Role

This role comes with an element of flexibility but ideally, we would be looking for receptionist support over Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. The role itself is varied with involvement in the following areas:

  • Meeting & greeting visitors, ensuring booking in processes are adhered to; answering calls & redirecting as/ when required; managing the incoming & outgoing of post
  • Meeting & greeting visitors, ensuring they are signed in & have a good experience whilst on-site.  been issued with a visitor badge.
  • Co-ordinate meeting attendance, room bookings.
  • Support with coordinating on-site facilities including scheduling appointments and co-ordinate refreshments, lunch, travel, accommodation and parking
  • Ensure that the phone is answered within a timely and professional manner
  • Manage incoming and out coming post and the distribution to departments within a timely manner.
  • Reconcile Business Support Credit Card with Finance as per requests.

What do you need to be successful as a Receptionist? 

  • Ideally you'll have experience in a similar role but it's not essential. This role is much more about personality and professionalism than prior qualifications. However, there are a few things we will need:
  • You'll have excellent phone manner and be welcoming in all communication whether in person, virtual, written or via phone. 
  • You'll be professional in approach and well organised.
  • You'll be able to adapt your style to communicate with a variety of people
