We’re on the hunt for a new ICT Infrastructure Officer with strong Cloud and 3rd line technical skills to take ownership of the group’s Cloud ICT systems and services.

You’ll be looking to showcase your high level of technical skills in on-prem and cloud technologies to help drive the delivery of ICT services within the group.

You’ll need to be a real team player, who will share the benefit of your knowledge in the support and development of our fantastic and hardworking ICT team.  

A few key points from our role profile:

  • Support, manage, maintain and continually improve the Group’s Cloud based ICT infrastructure and systems in line with agreed strategy, objectives and service standards.
  • Ensure that the Group’s ICT infrastructure, systems, services and data/information are operating effectively; are effectively maintained, supported and continually developed; are fully documented; and provide the required levels of confidentiality, integrity, availability, reliability and security.
  • Provide strong 3rd line technical escalation support to the ICT team to ensure efficient day-to-day operations within the agreed SLAs, and in line with agreed strategy, objectives, and service standards.
  • Resolve business related and technical Cloud queries in line with best standard guidelines, specifically ITIL and ISO20000, and in line with agreed SLAs.
  • Ensure that best practice guidelines are adopted for the service delivery, support and development of Group ICT systems with specific regard to Service Level, Incident, Problem, Change, Capacity, Configuration and Release Management (as described in ITIL/ISO20000).
  • Ensure robust and effective ICT systems, infrastructure and information security controls and governance are in place and are maintained.
