The Vacancy:
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and be proactive in managing and maintaining the accuracy of contractual information within AAG UK.
The role will require collaboration with internal teams (product & purchasing, finance, IT), external suppliers, and other AAG teams globally. The ability to communicate and work with all levels of the business is essential.
A knowledge of legal and compliance processes would be a benefit, but a methodical attitude to work is key.
The position will report to the UK Purchasing Contract Manager.
Job Function:
• Database Maintenance
• Contract Information Manage and Maintenance
• Contract Preparation
• Handling Contractual Queries
• Complying with Policies and Procedures
• Conducting effective training and education.
• Managing Supplier information
Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain Contract databases/data systems.
• Manage and maintain customer portals.
• Preparation and completion of contractual documents.
• Support in all aspects of the contract/compliance processes.
• Handling supplier and internal queries on contract and compliance issues
• Update and document Contractual processes. I.e. New Supplier Process & Manual
• Process internal documents to sign off.
• Internal Access Management – Including Audit internal staff authorisation levels on Contractual systems.
• Support in the Contractual process for New Supplier Groups
• Ad Hoc Project work
Deliverables:
• Accuracy Contract databases/data systems
• Accuracy of customer portals
• Accuracy in preparation and completion of contractual documents
• Keeping contractual information up to date
• Delivery on time of requested contractual and compliance tasks
Relations:
• Experienced in building relationships with Product/Purchasing Team, Finance, IT Team and Suppliers, with the ability to continuously work with these Teams and Suppliers.
Personal Requirements:
• Attention to detail/good standard of English language
• Understanding of legal and compliance frameworks
• The ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
• MS Office experience essential – high level of skill in Word/Excel
• Excellent communication skills
