We now have an opportunity for a DMC Technician to join our new Client Team, where you will provide a fully technical service relating to damp, mould and condensation. You will be first point of response to all DMC enquiries, dealing with and taking ownership of initial actions, escalating enquiries appropriately, collate, track, and report performance of DMC services.
We’re looking for an experienced technical-skilled person who understands building pathology related to dampness within a dwelling. You will have an understanding of Housing legislation including HHSRS and the impending Awaab’s Law, and you will be a team player with excellent communication skills, capable of developing strong relationships with a range of stakeholders. Resilient, assertive and consistent, you must be driven to deliver quality services.
