Data Governance Lead 

  • Salary: £54,905 per annum plus benefits.

As we expand and evolve, data is becoming increasingly vital in shaping our decisions and operations. To support this, we are seeking an experienced and passionate Data Governance Lead to join our dedicated Data and Insight team. 

  • As the Data Governance Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and security of our data across the organisation.  
  • You will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive data governance framework, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving best practices in data management. 
  • You will work to bring Magna’s Data and Insight Strategy to life and help improve our customer and colleague experience through your aptitude for knowledge sharing and coaching and your drive to embed data governance policy and practices.

What you need to be successful:  

  • The role requires an understanding of relevant statutory frameworks applying to data governance e.g. Data Protection Act, together with specialist knowledge of data governance principles and practices. 
  • You will be expected to have passion, commitment, and drive to do the right thing and continuously improve in a fast paced, adaptable and collaborative environment.
