Operations Manager - Your McCarthy Stone

Are you an experienced leader with a passion for delivering exceptional service and creating vibrant communities? McCarthy Stone is seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to oversee the performance of our Retirement Living (RL) and Retirement Living Plus (RLP) developments. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead and manage a team of House Managers, Estate Managers, and Concierges to achieve service excellence. 

  • Drive a customer-focused culture, ensuring high standards of property management and maintenance. 

  • Build strong relationships with homeowners, creating active, inclusive, and engaging communities. 

  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, property regulations, and care quality standards. 

  • Collaborate with key teams to meet performance KPIs, resolve complaints, and improve service delivery. 

What You’ll Need: 

  • Proven operational management experience in a customer-focused environment (retirement living, property management, hospitality, or similar sectors). 

  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing remote and hybrid teams. 

  • A track record of delivering excellent customer service and managing budgets. 

  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, health and safety, and care quality standards. 

  • A proactive, problem-solving approach with excellent communication skills.
