We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic individual to join our established team. Reporting to our Asset Strategy Manager our Asset Strategy Administrator provide administration assistance in delivering a first-class asset management service working with MSV customers, external agencies, contractors and other teams within MSV to provide an excellent service.
What do our Asset Data Administrators do;
Provide administrative support to the Asset Strategy Data Team.
Deliver an excellent customer service in all areas of engagement with residents, clients and third-party stakeholders.
Liaise and update residents, contractors and other stakeholders with general day to day queries.
To attend working groups and team meetings and other forums as required producing notes, minutes and records of meetings and actions, following up with notifications and updating of systems to ensure all actions and planning work deadlines are met.
To deal effectively with colleague and customer queries delivering a comprehensive, efficient and effective customer service experience, ensuring all queries are recorded and resolved effectively.
What we are looking for;
Experience of responding positively to customer queries and complaints conscientiously and diligently with attention to detail
Experience of working in a busy administrative role
Demonstrable experience in delivering to deadlines
Ability to respond efficiently and effectively to demands of work
High levels of IT literacy including Microsoft Office
