This is an exciting time to join the team in this newly created role in the Finance & Business Excellence directorate, reporting to the Finance Director.
You will have a proven track record in risk management at a strategic and operational level and experience of supporting the business in building and embedding a culture around evidence-based assurance and robust internal controls. You will drive our risk management and assurance policies and processes and be a key advisor to the Executive Team and the Audit & Risk Committee. With links to every part of the business you will have demonstrable understanding of social housing regulatory and legislative requirements, compliance assurance reporting as well as experience managing GDPR and information governance.
