Customer Service Marketing Intern Milton Keynes / Full Time / Fixed Term Contract*

Your responsibilities
Assist with the creation and distribution of our marketing campaigns across the BSH brands (Bosch, Siemens, NEFF and Gaggenau) to promote the sales of spare parts, accessories and cleaning and care products for our home appliances
Assist with the maintenance and optimisation of the customer service content and functionalities on the BSH brand websites (Bosch, Siemens, NEFF and Gaggenau)
Assist with reporting and analytics for our customer service KPIs, including competitor research
Provide analysis of our customer feedback and identify important improvements and opportunities based on this feedback
Support our customer service marketing colleagues with other day to day activities as required
Your profile
Working towards a marketing degree would be preferable, however we will also consider candidates who are working towards degrees in related subject areas and/or have demonstrable experience in key areas of marketing
